Lidia May offers free shipping within the contiguous United States and express shipping to all other countries of the world.

Please note that due to global wars and political uncertainty in 2026, international deliveries may face occasional delays which are beyond our control. In addition the cost of international courier delivery has risen sharply. Even though we have done our best not to transfer the full increase onto our customers we are still forced to raise our delivery fees to destinations outside of the United States.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Zone 1
48 contiguous United States + DC + US Armed Forces Post Offices.
Free.

Zone 2
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico
$25 for one item. Add $ 15 for each additional item in the same order.

Zone 3
European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
$45 for one item. Add $ 20 for each additional item in the same order.

Zone 4
European Microstates and Vatican City.
$65 for one item. Add $ 25 for each additional item in the same order..

Zone 5
All other destinations
$90 for one item. Add $ 35 for each additional item in the same order.

ARE THERE IMPORT DUTIES TO BE PAID?

We cover import duties in the USA. For all other countries you must pay any customs duty, tariff or fee charged by your national authorities. That being said, we have so far not heard of any customer being charged duty when purchasing our bags for personal use.

IS THE SHIPMENT INSURED?

Our deliveries are not additionally insured. Most delivery services provide some statutory cover. Please note we are in no way liable or responsible for items after they have left our custody in a legal manner, such as being transferred to a transportation or delivery service. However if you believe your item was lost in transit we will do our best to help you track it down.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We dispatch by the next working day after receiving an order. Delivery can take from 3-10 days within North America and 5-20 days to the rest of the world. However due to current global instability longer delays should be anticipated. We will notify you immediately once your order has been dispatched.

APPLICABILITY

Free shipping to any destination may be offered for items purchased through this website when clearly stipulated within a specific promotional offer or marketing campaign. Products acquired by any other mechanism do not qualify for free shipping. In all cases, free shipping only covers deliveries to addresses within the Zone or Zones specified in the promotional material.

Customers who fail or refuse to accept shipment of their purchase will be given a grace period of 30 days from the first attempt to contact them after which time, if the property is still in our custody, we will charge storage cost $100 per item and per whole or partial month for a maximum further 5 months. After a total 6 months have passed (1+5) we have the right to seek the protection of the Court to recover our losses and dues or to sell our claim to a third party and we separately but concurrently retain the right to dispose of the property as we see fit and we decline any further liability or need to communicate with the customer in this regard.

Any exception made by us at our sole discretion to any of the above shall not create a precedence nor can it be considered as negating or nullifying the terms of this section.
